Monkey Butter 🍌🍍 Sweet, tropical, and sunshine in a jar — this Monkey Butter is one of my favorite ways to use ripe bananas. It tastes like a fruity hug from the islands! 🍌 Ingredients: 5 ripe bananas, mashed 1 (20 oz) can crushed pineapple (with juice) 1/4 cup shredded coconut (optional) 3/4 cup granulated sugar 3 tablespoons lemon juice 🥄 Instructions: In a medium saucepan, combine mashed bananas, crushed pineapple (with juice), sugar, lemon juice, and coconut if using. Stir well and cook
