The pacifier/binky/dummy can be a fantastic tool to help your baby sleep. . They are born with a natural reflex to suck and when they dont need a feed, it is an excellent form of non-nutritive sucking. . Sometimes though (and sometimes often!) the pacifier falls out! . If you tug on the pacifier while your newborn is sucking it, they can naturally suck harder which can help teach them to keep the pacifier in. .
