When the New York Jets originally acquired Aaron Rodgers in a trade with the Green Bay Packers, it was a move that many thought would make the franchise a contender once again. Unfortunately, that expectation never materialized.

Packers offensive tackle David Bakhtiari, who spent 10 years playing with Rodgers, took a jab at the four-time NFL MVP in a social media post congratulating Green Bay quarterback Jordan Love on his marriage. “Just happy at least one of my quarterbacks invited me to their wedding,” Bakhtiari wrote with the eyeballs emoji.

The New York Jets opted to move on from Aaron Rodgers this offseason and he's now a member of the Pittsburgh Steelers. It was a roller coaster of a few months there with Rodgers on the open market. Rumors swirled about different teams that could be interested in him.
