We stamp a grade on the Kings' decision to give a three-year contract to veteran point guard Dennis Schroder in NBA free agency

With almost no teams having cap space this offseason, it may take a sign-and-trade for Kuminga to find the deal he feels he is worth with a new team. The Sacramento Kings already did a sign-and-trade deal that brought in Dennis Schroder. Perhaps they will continue making moves. After all, they are one of the teams with reported interest in Kuminga.

Schröder, 31, fills an immediate need at point guard for Sacramento. The Kings were looking to bolster that spot on the free agency market this offseason after trading away star guard De'Aaron Fox to the San Antonio Spurs at last season's trade deadline.
