The 6-foot-2, 220-pounder plays a physical game and has flashed a high ceiling, but the 28-year-old hasn’t reached it over the past three seasons.

The Dallas Stars lost one of their top prospects on free agency day. Right winger Matěj Blümel signed a one-year, one-way deal worth $875,000 with the Boston Bruins, the team announced. Blümel has been a part of the Stars’ organization since 2022,
