"I ordered a part and paid over twice the price to have it overnight shipped because I needed it immediately. Two days later, the part never arrived and the store said it's now unavailable and was never shipped. They won't refund the price of shipping even though it was never shipped. I would call that THEFT since the are keeping money that was not used for what it was supposed to be used for."
